Add Peering LANs (for example AMS-IX) to no-export

The peering VLAN on which we have connection are added to the bogon list already, so we don't export them anyway.
It should be double checked if we support the no-export community correctly.

To have the peering vlan list more elaborate then only the vlans we are a member on, all the peering vlans should be added to the bogon list. I've opened issue #8 for this.
