Update gh-pages please #1

the gh-pages branch was last deployed on June 17 2012
The master branch was last updated March 3 2013
Could you please update the gh-pages branch to keep them in sync?
I attempted to build this myself but the build.xml script does not work on my system as it says "${dir.source} does not exist" even though this variable is set in default.properties
