consider how to replace .zopeskel with .templer

.zopeskel is where default configurations are stored. Replace this file with on named .templer

If the filename changes anyway,then please add the decent file-extension like *.ini or *.cfg.

On windows it's even difficult to create a file without an extension. Explorer does not allow this. (Not that I use Windows ... much:)
