Import AGB data to Earth Engine

Hudak et al. performed an analysis of above-ground biomass in the Pacific Northwest (link to paper).

Potential datasets of interest related to this work are:

1. Annualized AGB data for Pacific Northwest here
2. Plot-level AGB estimates from LiDAR data here
3. Field observations used for ground-truthing in this paper here

Of these datasets, (1) is likely to be very useful for our work. (2) and (3) may also be very useful, and I am unsure how similar or different (2) and (3) are. We should import at least (1), perhaps (2) or (3) as well.
