Add a new project #16
Description
As a user i would like to be able to create a new project so i can build a team and develop my idea.
A button with add new project exists on my navbar
To create a new project i need to fill up the following form
1 .add a project name
2. add a project description
3. add a project icon
4. be able to publish project or save for now and continue edit later
5. project saves the date of birth & last time edited
Add to user profile page also list of projects he ownes/ participate
