[BUG] Input erased when "Connection could not be established" popup shows #379

What happened?
Sometimes (eg with bad WiFi connection), I get a popup "Can't reach your server". This can happen e.g. while typing the prompt in a new conversation. When closing the popup, the prompt is gone, completely erased. On a couple of occasions, when writing long prompts, this gives great frustration.
What should have happened?
After closing the popup, I am expecting my original input in the prompt input box to be there.
Perhaps the popup should not be displayed until the model is inferred.
How to reproduce
Not 100% sure how to reproduce, but here is an attempt:
- Start typing the prompt
- Keep the WiFi connection open and unplug the router or bring the Open WebUI server offline, whatever so the mobile app can't reach it.
- Wait, keep typing the prompt.
- Eventually the popup will appear.
- In the popup, I tap the Retry button.
