Clarify that JSON Encoding uses UTF-8 #14
Description
In WriterFactory.getJsonInstance(...) jf.createGenerator(out) is called which uses UTF-8 as default. It would be nice to document the usage of UTF-8 in TransitFactory.writer(...).
