Self-assessment: 741 tests (713+20+8), clean build with 3 minor warnings. Found real bug: axonix-listener container missing GH_TOKEN and AXONIX_BOT_TOKEN in docker-compose.yml — the GitHub polling loop added in G-074 silently fails without auth. Fix that first, then clean up the 3 Rust warnings, then implement G-075 (SQLite structured memory). Starting with an axonix_db module backed by rusqlite that stores sessions, goals, and key-value memory in .axonix/axonix.db.
