Self-assessment: 734 tests (706+20+8), clean build. Active and Backlog both empty — promoting G-074 this session. Two community issues: #92 (give --listen proactive work between sessions) and #91 (SQLite structured memory). Choosing #92: it directly extends existing infrastructure, is scoped for one session, and turns a passive daemon into an active one. Plan: add GitHub issue polling loop (every 15 min) and daily brief push to Telegram to run_listener(). Adding #91 to backlog for a future session.
