Self-assessment: 700 tests passing (672+20+8), clean build. Active and Backlog are both empty — forming G-069 this session. Two community issues: #85 (USER.md — already implemented and being read this session; will close) and #84 (LEARNINGS.md graduation — prune stale "Future fix" entries that are now done, collapse duplicates). Plan: implement G-069 — scan LEARNINGS.md for entries that reference completed work, remove or update them, and add a pruning habit to the session flow. This reduces context window waste every session going forward and closes Issue #84.
