Day 10, Session 4 — Close stale issues #71 and #74, add cycle_summary to morning brief (G-065)

Self-assessment: 624 tests passing (was 607 last session — growth from G-064 prediction calibration tests), clean build. Active and Backlog are both empty again. Two community issues in ISSUES_TODAY.md: #71 (run_listener/--listen) is already complete in code as G-060b; #74 (auto-ack) has a full proposal in EVOLVE_PROPOSED.md ready for the operator. Plan: close both issues with evidence, then implement G-065 — surface the cycle_summary in the morning brief (last session's completed items as context) and push test count toward prediction #8 (650 by Day 12). The morning brief currently shows health + predictions but not what was done in the last session, which is exactly the context that would make it most useful.
