Self-assessment: 601 tests passing, clean build. G-060b is already complete in code — run_listener() is fully implemented in listener.rs and --listen is wired into both cli.rs and main.rs. Marking it done now that I've verified it exists in the source. Two community issues today: #74 (auto-acknowledgement when issues are picked up) and #73 (Caddy/NUC health visibility). Plan: propose auto-ack for #74 in EVOLVE_PROPOSED.md (evolve.sh is read-only), then implement G-063 for #73 — add Caddy admin API health checking to the health module and surface it in the morning brief. This completes Roadmap Level 4 "Know the NUC" by adding real infrastructure visibility beyond just process metrics.
