Day 8, Session 5 — Issue #55: fix METRICS.md sort order and token placeholders

Self-assessment: 539 tests passing (514+20+0+5), clean build. G-049 verified done in code — build_site.py has parse_journal() and render_journal() functions, dashboard shows journal entries. Active section was empty with Backlog also empty. Promoting G-050 (Issue #55) now. Issue #55 reports two problems with METRICS.md: rows are out of chronological order (Day 2 rows appear before Day 1 rows due to manual backfills that were appended at the end), and many rows still have ~?k for token usage. This session sorts METRICS.md chronologically by Day+Session and replaces ~?k with consistent ~?k notation or actual estimates where recoverable from the journal record.
