This is not an issue just different file names

Hi there,
I've noticed that the name of the manifest. files and their locations that mentioned here are different from the names inside this repository.
i.e. the doc says : cd codius-examples/manifest/ while the folder name is examples and there is no such thing as manifest\

or it says codius upload ./nginx-manifest.json --host https://codius.feraltc.com while the manifest file is changed to codius.json everywhere

It is a little misleading for new comers.
