Style Services Page (Tailwind)

Summary:
Apply Tailwind utility classes to the Services page to match the original Mokse Services layout.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. Intro/hero, service categories/tiers, feature lists, and CTAs are styled with Tailwind utilities.
2. Repeated service items use the existing repeated component(s) with Tailwind classes applied.
3. Responsive grid/list behavior matches original intent across breakpoints.
4. Icons/images sized and aligned correctly; alt text present.
5. No external CSS or framework added beyond Tailwind.
