Acceptance Criteria:

1. Hero/Intro, Mission/Values, Team profiles, and any partner or timeline sections are styled with Tailwind utilities.
2. Team member blocks/cards display consistently and responsively across breakpoints.
3. Typography hierarchy (H1–H3, body, captions) mirrors the original.
4. Spacing and alignment match the original layout; images have correct aspect ratios.
5. No custom CSS files added; Tailwind utility classes only (except Tailwind config if needed).
