Style Home Page (Tailwind)

Summary:
Apply Tailwind utility classes to the Home page to match the original Mokse homepage look and layout.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. Hero, Mission, Programs/Features, Projects/Stories preview, Partners, and Footer are styled with Tailwind utilities (no external CSS frameworks).
2. Responsive behavior implemented for mobile, tablet, and desktop (breakpoints follow Tailwind defaults).
3. Typography and spacing closely match the original (headings, body, lists).
4. Navigation and footer visually align with the original home page.
5. Images/icons render at appropriate sizes with alt text intact.
