Summary:
Apply Tailwind utility classes to the Contact page to match the original Mokse Contact layout (including the form’s visual design).

Acceptance Criteria:

1. Hero/intro, contact form, org contact details, and map/embed or links are styled with Tailwind utilities.
2. Form fields (labels/inputs/textarea/button) use Tailwind classes for layout, spacing, and focus states.
3. Responsive layout works across mobile/tablet/desktop; form remains usable on small screens.
4. No submission logic added; visual-only changes.
5. Typography and spacing align with the rest of the site for consistency.
