Improve scrolling/hashChange in Chrome

In Chrome, something isn't quite right with the scrolling/hashChange behavior. When scrolling the favicon seems to reload, the refresh button starts spinning, but I don't think the page actually reloads. It results in a somewhat sluggy scrolling behavior though.

Seems Chrome has this kind of behavior as soon as you use window.history.replaceState. Bummer.
