Contact field name changes for user-friendliness

Basic Information

"Full Name" can be changed to "Name". If a volunteer knows their regular client as "Bob", then that is sufficient.
"Pets" should be changed to "Pet names" for clarity - otherwise they might enter a number, "none".
(not all contacts will have pets, so this shouldn't be mandatory)
