Generate CI boilerplate #13
Description
In our docs, we provide boilerplate CI yaml. It would be convenient if cr could determine the current version control, and generate the necessary yaml for the specific site and CI system.
This may need a bit of interactivity, such as instructing the user how to set up an API key and add it to their CI system.
