New github release 1.1.1 or 1.2.0 needed for fixes

For the fixes from #264 and #262 I think a new github release will need to be made for it to apply to the sail install instructions:

$ curl https://sail.dev/install.sh | bash

I'm working on pushing images now. I've run into a lot of problems, especially with the gcc and llvm images.

Once they all build and push I will commit my changes and release a new version
