Delay problem

Hi, love your work, it's a nice tool and would like to integrate this into a project i'm working on.
I have found when playing the generated RTSP stream with VLC player to be very low delay when just started, but after a few seconds the delay gets higher.
Do u have any idea why this might be the case?
