Implement a function that returns the full path to an executable command

Good Afternoon Everyone.
I have created a branch for this task.
The _getenv function is complete however I believe the getpath function still needs work and is currently only a draft. Please look at it and add or remove any code where applicable.
I am assuming the group responsible for the tokenize function will free memory for the directory tokens.
Am I correct to assume that the executable command will only be executed if the full path is found? Which is the second task we were assigned.

The people who use the tokenize function are those to handle the deallocation using it. Also, for the second assumption, it's a yes and no. You are to check if the command by itself is an executable while also checking for it in the PATH, any that matches first gets executed.
