[API] Make dev test data more relevant to current time #6
Description
Setup
- Start a new vms & run the app
- Visit http://{vms-ip}:3050/status
- See the receivedAt dates are in the past
Proposed solution
Update script in /api/bin/mongo-restore-dev-data to run a couple mongo commands from the shell to update the dates to more recent.
- One way so we have a recent snow emergency
