Rough steps

1. Pick a domain (bikeroutes.codeforeauclaire.org?)
2. Follow instructions for a custom github pages url as needed
3. Get aaronsalmon to create DNS record for domain

I made the GH Pages branch, https://github.com/codeforeauclaire/bikeroutes/tree/gh-pages. Was happily surprised when http://codeforeauclaire.github.io/bikeroutes is automatically being forwarded to http://www.codeforeauclaire.org/bikeroutes/.
