Started roughly @ https://github.com/codeforeauclaire/bikeroutes/blob/react/react/bin/setup-vms-for-dev while I've gotten my local dev environment running.

Moving over to react-native, it's a totally different thing from react.

Partially functional.

Gonna need vnc connection to control Android studio.

https://kanaka.github.io/noVNC/noVNC/vnc.html could make vnc work in the browser maybe.
