About Reload all, problem opening all sites at once. #23

Hello, first I would like to say that it is more a problem for the way it is conducted and not a bug.
Many sites like PCPartPicker are blocking IP's temporarily and permanently these days when there is a small but not usual amount of simultaneous access. For the PCPartPicker used in this example, in my tests, the necessary were only around 15 simultaneous accesses to block an IP for some days. I think that an option like "Reload all Tabs - in steps or waves" would be great to avoid that, limiting the amount of sites loaded simultaneously in something like 5 by 5 or any other quantity in a very simple but effective way, like every 1...3 seconds, or one more sophisticated but not really necessary, like continue load on completion with groups avoiding links in the same domain, anything instead of everything contained in the window requested to load all at once that could cause IP bans. I think this way the button would work much better with a vast range of websites and their protections in the way the internet protection measures is going these days.
Whichever path you choose, I'd like to say that the work you've done here has already been very helpful.
