Comparison to Douglass?

The paper and readme mention Douglass as another attempt at a Stata DSL in Julia, but there is no discussion as to why Kezdi was needed when Douglass already existed. This should at least go in the JOSS paper, but probably also into the Readme of the package.

I can't speak for the authors of Kezdi.jl, but I saw Douglass as a prototype -- something that showed that the idea is feasible. I didn't (and don't) have the time/resources to develop this into a mature package.
