Add DOIs to references to comply with JOSS guidelines #220

JOSS review issue (link to review: JuliaCon/proceedings-review#177)

The JOSS review checklist requires:

References: Do all archival references that should have a DOI list one (e.g., papers, datasets, software)?

This doesn't seem to be the case - e.g. DataFrames has a DOI but that isn't cited (see the review issue linked above).

Also there seems to be an issue with some of the citations, e.g. for DataFramesMeta it says

Peter; Short, Tom; Deffebach et al. DataFramesMeta.jl [software], 2024.

When it should be Peter Deffebach.
