Make languages for the pairing configurable #35

Enable to configure the languages that the pairing tool works with
Include:
- support for aliases/exclusions for language detection
- support for choosing the color that will be used
Other considerations:
- only enable this in step 1
- add a go back to step 1 from step 2 (should it reset the data?)
Additional Context
Some students are starting to request different languages and frameworks that are not included in the current list of languages.
Alternatives considered
Add a configuration option on the first step that allows to edit, add or remove languages
