Figure out remaining MGPS attributes

- `timestamp`: is it since power-on?
- `quality`: is it binary?  yes or no indicating there are sufficient sats?
- `distance`: get empirical sample to make sure we don't need to divide by 100 or something
- `impulse`: what is this?
