Sound Volume fixes / filter Extension

[ImprovedTube]

we can develop something novel:
a global volume filter/extension with additional relative rules per site or scheme*.

• Example Defaults:
  Global boost: <----1.5x--> (for 90 minues) | permanent)
  Ratio:
  • Global: [0.8x] volume (unknown sites/ads)
  • *.org|edu|gov: [1.1x] (usually polite)
    • same for youtube by categoy: education ......, ......
  • instagram|twitch|socialmedia|gaming.youtube [0.9x] (a majority of the videos tend to have sound effects, shouting, ...)
  • spotify|youtube|...: [1x] (off)

*(compare our dark mode, frame by frame, unfreezeMe)
