User set background music

Idea: add the ability to play custom music in the background. The user needs to upload an MP3 file, and it will loop on the main YouTube menu. You can adjust the volume of the file. Automatically turn off the music when previewing a video.

sounds like a global extension or app to me
music | domains | url matches to exclude | url matches to include anyways
x.mp3 | youtube.com facebook.com | watch | feed
