The Choose schedule matching strategy should disappear when there are no schedules yet

Edge case

1. Add a schedule
2. Choose the schedule type
3. Add another schedule (the matching strategy field appears)
4. Don't select a type for the second schedule
5. Delete the first schedule (there are no schedules yet the matching strategy field still shows)
