Support API-only installation

Hi, I’m using remote API-based embeddings, but the current installation still pulls in GPU / local-model-related dependencies.

Would it be possible to add an API-only install option? It would save a lot of space for users who only want to use remote APIs.

@CoderDoubleflower makes sense! In the next version we'll make local models / GPU support an optional dependency.
