Codex on windows times out when performing a search

I have setup cocoindex-code with defaults in windows using codex

• Called cocoindex-code.search({"query":"ImageMaterializationDispatch","limit":5,"refresh_index":false})
timed out awaiting tools/call after 120s

The search always ends with a time out. I ran the cocoindex-code index command before starting codex

Indexed the repo.

Second time: stuck.
Version: v0.114 .0 (claude code), Windows, cs code base

thanks for reporting the issue! If refresh_index: false is provided, the main reason of stuck looks like problems in running query for some reason.

We'll provide a diagnostic support for our CLI (e.g. cocoindex-code diagnose) which checks basic things and run simple query to identify issues.
