Ability to add start and end case numbers for batch pull.

1. Ability to add start and end case numbers to extract case information in range.
2. Plot case statuses and visualize. Provides a visual overview of what's processed and what's not.
3. Ability to add stop and resume batch job for a given case range to overcome long batch job fails.
