Document TAB operations similar to the TOC are defined as we make decisions and ratify them as part of the TAB standard operating procedures.

  • public facing, public meetings, end user group linked, governance docs, how to contribute, reference architecture
  • most issues should go here

  • TODO: Also document here the end user groups (since we have end users who are not CNCF members and participate in the groups)
