feedback for LFX on "key projects"

LFX has added a "key projects" area where orgs can build their workspaces.

This issue collects feedback from the TAB to be passed to LFX regarding features relevant to end users.

Additional metadata visible in the project list in a workspace:

• Maturity level, as seen and defined by the CNCF TOC (sandbox, incubation, graduation)
• Lottery/Bus factor, in both contributor and organization scopes from Insights. This might be already part of the "health score" from insights, maybe we do not need the extra bit. But often this is a key metric for end users that could be shown anyway

Additional metadata to be filled in / provided explicitly by the org members:

• Criticality, as seen by the organization. This will be very useful for TAB and TOC when communicating with end users regarding needs for end user interviews, or reaching out to communicate health issues or immediate actions necessary for projects
• Exit complexity, as seen by the organization. This is very useful metadata kept internally in organizations, would be nice to have it passed in LFX to be used for overall stats on project usage and dependency
