improve the end user reception experience

Discussing today, some thoughts on improving the end user reception.

• What do we want out of it? It is just a networking / hang out event for end users or should we use it as a way to advertise the benefits of the CNCF membership, the ways to collaborate more in the community and/or the TAB, etc?
• Can we include some short talks to make the event more attractive? Some known end users speaking might increase interest in attending
