blog post on ingress-nginx transition and lessons learned

Following the discussion on today's TAB meeting, we would like to write a blog post with content from multiple end users regarding the dropped support for ingress-nginx and the migration to alternatives.

Goals:

• Remind end users of what is happening with ingress-nginx
• Have multiple end users reporting on what their transition looks/looked like, the alternative they chose and reasoning behind it. Options include alternative controllers as well as a migration to the gateway api
• Have end users reporting on lessons learned from this incident, in particular the need to leave enough resources free to deal with events like this, careful evaluation of projects but also sub-projects, etc

Goal: get feedback from TAB members by end of week so we can go through it already next monday.

We should pass it through the kubernetes project to ensure the content is clear and aligned with the project's decision.
