Clean up L1Menu 2015 tag from MC Queues #83
Description
The tag L1Menu_Collisions2015_25nsStage1_v5, Record: L1GtTriggerMenuRcd seems not to be consumed anymore as stated in https://cms-talk.web.cern.ch/t/run-2-2016-ul-gt-update-of-the-l1-menu-tag-in-106x-mcrun2-asymptotic-v13/17635
It should be removed then from the MC Queues.
