GNU Affero General Public License v3 (AGPL-3.0-or-later).

All versions prior to 0.14.0 were released under the Apache License 2.0.
Anyone who obtained the code under Apache 2.0 before this change retains
Apache 2.0 rights on those prior versions.

The license was changed to ensure that anyone running a hosted service
based on this code must make their modifications available to users,
closing the "cloud loophole" that permissive licenses leave open.

Copyright registration: Case 1-15127131181 (effective 2026-03-24).
The copyright registration is unaffected by this license change —
copyright and licensing are independent.
