What would be needed to add sending a WhatsApp template/message with non-static content?

For WhatsApp non-template:

Only 2 small changes are required in src/main.ts.

1. Addition of 1 optional input, medium.
2. Based on that input, add the method setAllowedMedium() to sending the message with the messagesApiClient.

With templates, it is structural more difficult, as you'll need a input object, to specify quite some parameters, so I cannot answer that at this moment.
