HPC Slurm Installation NO DOCKER Installation

Hello there,

I am looking for ways around docker.

When I run the following commands I get errors associated with not having Docker:

• ./run_tests.sh (<-- BTW it looks like this file name changed, someone may want to update the README)
• ./run_dev.sh
  I also do not see a file called "./run_celery.sh"

How can I finish this installation? There is no way I can get docker installed on the HPC. I have requested and was denied. This tool is critical to my research and would love some guidance or advice.
