Favorites on anonymous accounts

I would like to be able to favorite posts locally, and have an option to export and import faves. This is because I would rather not have an account, for more anonymity.

Additional context
e621's new terms of service require you to waive away all your legal rights and many more crazy things, which I find to be totally insane for a pornography site.
If this feature was added, making an account would no longer be required at least in my case, and many others.

While local favourites would be a feature that could reasonably be added to e1547, and we may do so in the future,
browsing the site anonymously does not free you from having to agree to its TOS to use it, and neither does using the app to circumvent the agreement mechanism. This does not protect your legal rights but makes it impossible to enforce them later.
This is similar to walking onto a construction site with a "DO NOT ENTER" sign. You will not be able to make any claims afterwards.

If you do not agree to the new TOS of the site, please stop using it. The fact that it is currently possible to use the app without having to agree to the site's TOS or its updates will likely have to change in the future as a result of this.
This is similar to e1547 covering up the "DO NOT ENTER" sign, which would get me as a developer into trouble.

My point was exactly the fact that, at least for now, I do not have to explicitly agree when anonymous, that's all.

The site itself forces all users, anonymous or logged in, to agree to the TOS and its updates.
The fact that the app does currently not do this does not protect you legally, as you are aware of circumventing the agreement.
It also directly implicates me as enabling this circumvention, or more severely, preventing users from knowing about the necessary agreement.

I cannot develop new features that would enable this behavior, and I am likely forced to implement a mechanism to prevent users from browsing without agreement.
