Pooling issue for insights from evaluation

In order to restrict the issue pool, I will pool all issues here:

• MoveVictim needs to be moved to either "Move" or "RescueInteractions" currently in "ComplexActions"

• MoveVictim needs some overhaul so it triggers on thigns like "I'm taking the victim to zone A"

• Search needs a negative lookbehind to avoid "it looks like..."

• Move needs to exclude "left" as a trigger, so we dont extract things like "how many victims are left" as a move

• "I'll take care of B type" should be recognized as a triage

• check why rooms plural is not extracted as a Room
