Crimson Desert - Short pause when leaving menus

After leaving any menu screen (inventory, journal, etc) the game freezes for a few seconds before going back to normal. Any way to fix this?

Does this happen only with framegen (dlss or fsr ?) or regardless ?

I ask this because most games (should) stop FG when any menu is open (and the game world behind is stopped, or barely visible, not talking of small UI stuff)
