Nvidia smooth motion now working with RenoDX

I just tried an unofficial reshade64.dll 6.5.1.2 found in (https://github.com/crosire/reshade/actions). Tested with renodx-unrealengine.addon64 on south of midnight and subnautical with smooth motion and it's working!
OptiFG still not working though.

Will update if anything further to report.

Yes, I made the PR to support Smooth Motion a while back:

Thank you so much. I didn't even know prerelease reshade.dll's were a thing until earlier. Was like Christmas come early when it worked.
